Do your used AT tokens remove from character cards at the end of a faction’s turn or at the beginning of their subsequent turn? This matters for the purpose of taking cover during opposing faction’s turn because a character may not have any remaining actions to take cover if he used his max during his faction’s turn. Thanks!

AT tokens are removed at the beginning of their subsequent turn, precisely for that purpose. You need to leave one AT allowance for taking cover during opposing faction’s turn if you expect to get shot at... this is one situation in which having a NCO nearby may come really handy...  |
