Hi On the case where the target finds himself inside radius of the op marker, the fire could fire him when he decide to move or if he tries to take an attack action, according to the rules. The first it is clear, he fires when the target is trying to move, the later isn't clear,.... firstly the target is shooting or the op firer. I suppose the first, according other rulesets, I need to clarify me this. PS. Is how I played yesterday. Hope I was clear

Opportunity Fire (OF) always fire first. As soon as the target declare his intention to fire (which is an Action and require spending an AT) the Character in OF can choose to fire on him first. Once the OF shot has been taken the OF marker is removed. If the target has not been hit he can then fire back. Cheers, Claudio
