Has anyone tried to play a game with two or more teams per side? I've created 12-each US Airborne and German FJ character cards for my personal use (missed the card Kickstarter and can't wait!) and would like to try some 8- and 12-man squad actions. I'm considering two approaches for team activation:
a. All teams of the same side activate simultaneously, followed by all the teams of the other side activating simultaneously.
b. Roll dice for the teams to determine activation initiative order; each team activates individually before the next one activates. When all teams have finished activating then Roll new initiatives at the start of the next turn.
Each team will consist of four characters and have five AT.

The kickstarter had a good video of a squad-level game played on a 4x6 table. The sides were a bit unbalanced but in the end it did not matter. The fellas at tabletop had a few ideas at the end of the video on how to make the game flow a little better. youtu.be/DlERnbyOaQg
