Hello and thank you for the reply. I may be confused based on some of the stuff I was reading on the website. The miniatures will be un-painted correct? Just in need of flash cleaning and prep work right?
Thanks again for the info sir.

Thanks again for the info sir. Thank you! Actually that is very interesting, what is that was confusing? Was it on the official website ( 1-48tactic.com/), on the KS page ( www.facebook.com/1-48Tactic-148-tabletop-miniature-games-328313710859993/), on the fb page ( www.facebook.com/1-48Tactic) or somewhere else? It would help to know so I can clarify it for all the others too... Anyway yes, the miniatures are in metal (a lead free jewelry grade tin alloy) and comes not painted. There is usually a minimal amount of flash to clean (see figure on the right) There was a limited option to buy promotional pre-painted and display only resin figures in the campaign on KS but neither of these is available normally... we may do some other occasional offer of limited numbers of pre-painted figures from time to time though, put a like to our facebook page if you are interested in those, so you'll be sure not to miss it! Cheers, Claudio

Yeah I was on the Kickstarter page and was looking at all of the updates and came across a post regarding pre-painted packs or figures. When I read that it made me wonder as I prefer to paint my tabletop games.
Thanks for letting me know.

From the forum name, I assume you are in Texas? I am in NC, a little far to commute to play. There aren't a lot players here that I can tell, but there are some original product sales on eBay, so I assume there are players somewhere in the US.

Hi kill4koin, I'm afraid we are a little far to commute to, about 6000 miles off East, in Italy but less than 10 miles shy of Switzerland... The original game did manage to create several active groups, some of which is still going (most in Europe that I know of, but I'm sure there are quite a few players still in the US too) but by now probably scattered and far from each other... we are committed to create and support a vibrant playing community and as soon as the main product will be out (not far now!) we will start to work on a support program which will offer great discounts and special items for people who organize tournaments and demo games and also for creating and participating in test groups to help us develop all the new rules (starting with doing cards for all the vehicles and for new Characters)... So don't worry if there are not too many player there at the moment, there will be soon!!

I am trying to figure you folks out too. No, I don't do facebook or any of those other socialized place. But trying to buy off your web site is a little too hard to figure out or navigate. Where are the WW2 figures? Or are you selling kits? As the photos on Wargame Vault, looks to be kits, such as the German figure, the little action tokens, the sand bags, etc. Same for the actual game it's self, the cards for example.
Went to your USA seller (sort of a weird named company) and couldn't navigate it very easily to find your products, so I gave up.
Thank you in advance.

US figures and starter packs are here: 1-48tactic.com/american.htmGerman figures and starter packs are here: 1-48tactic.com/german.htmRules, extra tokens etc. are here: 1-48tactic.com/rules.htmThe US website that sells our figures is www.scalecreep.com they do not have stock at the moment but if you drop them an email (or a call) they can pre-order it for you (if you do, hurry as we have a shipment going up to them this week!) Also Magister Militum in UK still has some of the old ones (Russians and Germans for Stalingrad) which are all single figures pack with a resin 60mm round base: www.magistermilitum.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=1-48hope this helps!
