Hi Claudio, Have you prepared/designed any new figures, or packs, to give to the market. Shall you sculp any of those named cards we have owned from ks? Need to order the panzer rulebook, among other stuff I yet haven't got, and I need to know, if I should wait new things to come shortly. Thanks

Hi, quick answer: yes. More in detail: New figures on the way: 48107-8 : M9A1 "Bazooka" gunner and loader (heavy weapon pack, 2 miniatures + 2 cards) 48207-8 : MG42 on bipod with gunner and loader (heavy weapon pack, 2 miniatures + separate mg + 3 cards) these are in production now and will be released in the coming weeks. 48STP03 : US army 1st Infantry Division ("Big Red One") starter set. also in production, but waiting for boxart and printed sleeves, should be ready around the end of the month 48113-4-5 US Airborne Reinforcements (2 figures + 3 cards) 48213-4-5 German VG Reinforcements (2 figures + 3 cards) nearly done, expected in October Sculpting of named cards from KS: yes, we are planning to do models for most if not all the factions for which we are doing cards. The models will come with their own card however, which generally will be slightly different and may be in a different pose (think of it as the same person in a different moment of the war). You will be able to use either card for it, as well as custom modify his traits with upgrade-downgrade cards. Developing models takes much longer however, so miniatures will comes in trickles over time compared to cards which will be available in a deluge of full decks... at least until we get enough business to be able to afford some extra help! hope this helps! Cheers, Claudio

Claudio According to the stance the figures have, prone, would you clarify me what holds for Los.

Makes no difference in terms of gameplay. All distances are still measured base to base, all protective terrain remain so and is cumulative as usual, all sheltering terrain brake los. No special rules are needed, as the actual characters are meant to be moving, and are only portrayed prone as an artistic convention... as a matter of fact both the assistant and the gunner can also move and fire on their own using the stats on their own card instead than those of the weapon card, in which case they are meant to be standing or at least crouching... and if two different characters get to the abandoned weapon they can operate it simply by getting their figures in base to base contact with the weapon base and use the MG42 card stats, in which case they will be considered to be prone if they are in the open, even if they are sculpted standing... and if the prone team is placed behind a protection or in a building it is obviously supposed to be at least crouching, with the MG bipod placed on top of the cover...
In the same way, most characters are sculpted standing, but all are considered to go prone when using the TAKE COVER action in the open...

Hi Rick, thank you for the message! I'm stuck working on the 48STP03 : US army 1st Infantry Division ("Big Red One") starter set at the moment, the figures looked ok and were already mostly in stock, but as I tried to assemble them to paint some samples I realized that the way they are done the handle of the entrenching tool is a real pain to clean and may get broken in the process... so I went back to the original model, split the backpack in two, and now is perfect! Unfortunately that means I had to replace all molds, so back to redo all the supports and reprint the masters... should be all done by the end of the week now, so next week I'll start on the masters for the reinforcements, and after that is grenadier with panzerfaust time!
Cheers,
Claudio
